Speaking of fluig Connect...

This feature allows users to enable or disable Connect.

Connect is an application that grants access to documents posted in the platform without using the portal, ensuring easy and efficient document management procedures.

Connect allows users:

• download documents;
• update documents;
• post documents;
• delete documents;
• to perform document checkout and checkin;
• browse documents.

In addition, connect allows receiving all notifications of the platform’s notification center in the desktop, in real time and without the need to open the platform in the browser.

Manage fluig connect

01. Access the platform with the wcmadmin user name.

02. From the main menu, click Control panel.

03. Click the ECM container.

04. Click fluig Connect.

05. Define whether connect must be enabled or disabled.

06. Click Save.
