The Withholdings Summary and Accounting Simulation panels allow you to view the bills that make up the receipt and perform simulations of the bills accounting.
- Panel - Withholdings Summary
Displays the tax withholdings that refer to the bill and the total of these values.
The data in the fields can be edited for accounting simulation.
- Panel - Accounting Simulation
Displays accounting entries according to the data in the Withholdings Summary panel.
This panel is only for viewing the data from the accounting entries that refer to the tax withholdings.

Procedures
To access the panels:
- In Miscellaneous Collections, fill out the parameters and click Ok.
2. Fill out data according to the field help instructions.
3. Select the customer and click Confirm.
4. Select the bill and enter the receipt values.
5. Click Confirm.
The Summary data is displayed.
6. Click Confirm.
The Withholding Summary panel is displayed.
Change the values to simulate the accounting if needed.
7. Click Confirm.
8. Then, the Accounting Simulation panel is displayed.
It displays the simulation data from the accounting based on the values entered in the Withholding Summary pane.
When you cancel the information presented in the Accounting Simulation panel, the System disregards the changes made in the Withholding Summary panel and allows other accounting simulations to be performed. |
