Generating ISSQNDec - Porto Alegre RS (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

To generate the ISSQNDec:

1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.

2. Click Parameters.

The routine parameters are displayed.

3. Note the following data:

Start Date

Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.

End Date

Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.

Normative Instruction

Enter the configuration file name without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter ISSQNDEC.

Target File

There is no need to enter it. The routine generates two files with specific names:

SERVPRES.TXT - for services provided;

SERVTOMA.TXT - for services contracted;

Target Directory

Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved.

4. Check parameters and confirm them.

5. After configuring the general parameters of the Normative Instructions routine, specific ISSQNDEC information is displayed. Please note:

Taxpayer City Registration

Enter the taxpayer's municipal registration number.

6. Check data and click Finish.

7. Refer to the topic Calculation of Withheld ISS in inflow and outflow operations.

After importing ISSQNDec program, outflow invoices identify services provided. Besides, ISS is withheld by providers and other outflow invoices by service acquirers, in which only the inflow invoices with ISS are withheld for the service acquirer.
