This routine enables generation of magnetic file related to ISSQNDec of the municipality of Porto Alegre - Rio Grande do Sul. This statement was enforced by Decree 15,059, of January 27, 2006, for all ISS taxpayers within the city of Porto Alegre.
To whom it is applicable | Monthly statement is mandatory, by using ISSQNDec, for service providers or acquirer defined in INs 04/04 and 02/05 SMF/GS. |
Purpose | Declare monthly to the tax authorities information of the services contracted/provided during the period of accrual. |
Delivery Term | Up to day 10th of the month subsequent to the generator fact. |

Types of Generated Records
Two different files are generated, with fixed names. One of them with information on services provided and another one with information on services acquired, as follows:
SERVPRES.TXT
Displays the services provided within the period, entered in the Tax Record, whether the ISSQN calculated is withheld or not.
SERVTOMA.TXT
Displays the services acquired within the period, entered in the Tax Record, which the ISSQN calculated has been withheld in the transaction.
