To generate Giam – RO:
1. In Normative Instructions, the system displays the routine's description screen.
2. Click Parameters.
The routine parameters are displayed.
3. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
4. Note the following parameters:
Start Date?
Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.
End Date?
Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.
Normative Instruction?
Enter the Normative Instruction to be processed: GIAMRO.
Target File?
Enter the file's name where the data are created.
Directory?
Enter the directory's name where the created text file is saved.
5. Check parameters and confirm.
A new screen is displayed with Giam-RO specific parameters.
Rectifying?
Enter whether the statement is rectifying or not.
Add Inventory?
Indicate whether you wish to process and create records corresponding to the period's initial and final inventories.
6. Check data and confirm them.
