Replacement means the transference from bank/branch/supplier account to selected cash, based on established replacement: per percentage or per value.
This operation can not be performed if the bank/branch/account does not have enough balance.
When located (countries out of Brazil) allows petty cash manual replacement. |
Procedures
To perform cash replacement:
- In Maintenance, select the cash and click Replace.
- The system performs cash moving to status green (open cash).
