Practically all reports of the Management Accounting module allow filtering of Accounting Entities segments.

Below is an example of how to configure a mask for the ledger account from a simple chart of accounts and how to extract the information to be printed in the Trial Balance Report.

Example:

From the chart of accounts below, the company's accountant wants to prepare issue a Trial Balance of only the accounts that compose the sub-group Movement Account Banks.

  1. When generating the Trial Balance Report, the accounts linked to the account Movement Account Bank must be filtered.

To filter only those accounts linked to the account Movement Account Banks, configure the report questions as follows:

Tip:

To filter using the entity mask, the entity must be associated with a book.
