  • Accounting Balances (CTBA130 - SIGACTB)

The Management Accounting module allows control of up to 10 different types of balances for managerial, budgetary and other analyses.

All the accounting entries generated must compulsorily use the Actual Balance for tax purposes. All other types of balances (except the Pre-Entry type because it does not save balances) can be used for managerial analysis.

The module has 6 pre-configured types (which can be identified on the Accounting Entries screen through a caption). The type Budgeted is not displayed in the accounting entry.

  • Budgeted (this type is used only in Budgets)
  • Actual
  • Estimated
  • Managerial
  • Allocated
  • Pre-Entry (this type does not move balances)

Note:

You can add balances up to "Z" (total of 36 types of balances), allowing to be used in any function that uses the balance types.
