This option allows the user to save a copy of the file stored in the Knowledge Base, in any location in his computer, process information and update it in the system, without damaging the file through the Update option.
Procedures
To save the copies of files stored in the Knowledge Base:
1. In the routine maintenance window, select Save As.
The system displays a screen for the user to select the exact path where the new copy of the file must be created.
2. Select the file.
3. Click OK to confirm.
