This option allows the user to update the files whose information was altered outside the system and moved to the Knowledge Base. Update is done after the alteration of the file copied to the user's machine, through the Save As option.
Procedures
Updating files in the Knowledge Base:
1. In the routine maintenance window, select Update.
The system displays a screen for the user to select the path of the file that was altered.
2. Select the file path.
3. Confirm update.
4. After the update, the system displays a screen indicating the success of the alteration.
