Speaking of accomplishments widgets...

The Accomplishments widget allows presenting to the student their main skills acquired, also showing the average score among students, enabling a comparison in the graph displayed.

These numbers originate in the student process in classes of subjects or training/tracks. If the student passes the subject, training course or track, they acquire the skill related to them. The more classes, training courses or tracks the student finishes, the more scores they will get in the skills related to these items.

Skills are assigned upon registration of the discipline, track and training course. When creating such items, you can relate the skills to be acquired by the students upon successful completion.

What are the values displayed in the Achievements widget?

The chart displays the student’s own values and the students’ overall average. Student data are:

  • Skills: number of skills that the student acquired, i.e. the amount of skills in which they obtained a score when they completed subjects, tracks or training courses successfully;
  • Classes: number of classes that the student has successfully completed;
  • Tracks/training: sum of the number of tracks and training courses that the student has successfully completed.

The Main skills (Top 5) table displays the 5 skills in which the student has the highest score. The displayed score is the sum of all points the student got in each skill.

Example
A student has successfully completed 2 training courses and 1 track that had the Management skill related to them.
In the first training course, the student obtained 2 points in that skill. In the second one, they obtained 4 points in that skill and, finally, in the track, they obtained 5 points in this same skill.
Thus, the displayed score will be the sum of all the points they obtained, that is, that student will have 11 points in the Management skill.

For the description and examples of the calculation to define the score that the student will get in each skill as they finish a class, track or training course, go to Skills.

In the following chart, you can view the number and the top skills acquired by a student, as well as the number of classes and tracks or training courses they have completed successfully.



Speaking of the accomplishment details widget...

To display the Accomplishment details widget, click More details, located in the Accomplishments widget.

This widget provides students with a clear view of their skills, as well as their respective scores in each class, track or training course successfully completed.

You can identify the score that the student achieved in the top skills that they acquired, and the highest score in those skills among all the users that acquired them.
