Speaking of track in progress ...

In this section, the student has access to all the items that make up the track that he/she accessed. Here, it is possible to respond to the pre and posttest, access the training and materials that are part of the track, respond to evaluation of reaction and, when the study ends, close the track.

The score obtained in the track items is displayed to the right of the table corresponding to the item.

To cancel registration in a track, find it in the catalog or go to the My learning tab.

When a track is finished, it is no longer displayed in the student's learning plan (Start), and it is displayed in their Tracks/training history instead.

View track

01. After accessing the track from the My learning tab, view the items that make it up.

View track information

01. Click More information, located in the upper right corner of the window.

02. View the author, workload, program content and target audience of the track.

03. Click Close to return to the track content.

01. In the Pretest area, click Access now, located to the right of the table corresponding to the pretest area.

When pressing this option, the evaluation start window that corresponds to the pretest is displayed. For more information about the options available when answering a pretest, go to Answer evaluation.

This area is only displayed when the track has a pretest.

Watch track training

01. In the Track items area, select the training course that you want to watch.

When selecting this option, a window appears containing the entire content of the training, namely the pre and posttest, content structure and reaction evaluation. For more information, go to Training in progress.

Use grade previously achieved in the training course

01. In the Track items area, select the training course that you want to watch.

02. Click Redo training course, in the upper-right corner of the table that corresponds to the training course.

This option is displayed when the training course has been previously completed by the student. In this case, you can choose to use the grade previously achieved or redo the training course.

03. In the displayed message, click Reuse grade in order to use the grade that you achieved when you performed the training course for the track.

When pressing this option, the grade that you achieved when you performed the training course is assigned to it in the track, so there is no need to do it again.

Redo track training

01. In the Track items area, select the training course that you want to watch.

02. Click Redo training course, in the upper-right corner of the table that corresponds to the training course.

This option is displayed when the training course has been previously completed by the student. In this case, you can choose to use the grade previously achieved or redo the training course.

03. In the displayed message, click Redo training course to request a new enrollment and regain access to training items.

Once the student's enrollment request is approved, the training course will be available in the track to be redone.

Enroll in track training

01. In the Track items area, find the item in which you want to enroll.

02. Click Request enrollment, located to the right of the table corresponding to the item.

This option is only displayed for items that were added to the track after the student requested enrollment in the track or for items that have requirements that the student did not fulfil when they requested enrollment in the track. For the items that do not fall into these categories, the student is automatically enrolled as they request enrollment in the track.

Cancel request for enrollment in track training

01. In the Track items area, find the item for which you want to cancel enrollment request.

02. Click Cancel enrollment request, located to the right of the table corresponding to the item.

Answer posttest

01. In the Posttest area, click Access now, located to the right of the table corresponding to the posttest area.

When pressing this option, the evaluation start window that corresponds to the posttest is displayed. For more information about the options available when answering a posttest, go to Answer evaluation.

This area is only displayed when the track has a posttest.

After the posttest is completed, if the track does not have a reaction evaluation, it is automatically completed regardless of student status – i.e. whether the student passed or failed.

Answer reaction evaluation

01. In the Reaction evaluation area, click Access now, located to the right of the table corresponding to the evaluation area.

When pressing this option, the reaction evaluation start window is displayed. For more information about the options available when answering a reaction evaluation, go to Answer evaluation.

This area is only displayed when the track has a reaction evaluation. And the option is only enabled when the posttest is complete and graded (if there are open-ended questions).

End track

01. After performing all items of the track, click End track, located right below the image of the track.

02. In the displayed message, select the option that determines the desired action for the enrollment of non-mandatory items of the track.

The available options are:

  • Yes, I want to cancel the enrollments: when selected, it determines that enrollment in these items will be canceled.
  • No, I want to remain registered: when selected, you will remain registered in these items and they will be displayed separately in the Training and tracks area on the My Learning tab.

These options are only displayed if the track has non-mandatory items that have not been performed and if the student has permission to cancel enrollments.

03. Then click Yes to confirm the completion of the track.

When pressing this option, the final score is calculated, the approval status is set and the track is finished, so it is no longer displayed in the listing of training courses and tracks in which the student is enrolled; it is displayed in the Tracks/training history instead.
