Para sincronizar os dados as APIs do Portal Gestão de Vendas utilizam o campo To sync data, the Sales Management Portal APIs use the field S_T_A_M_P_ como parâmetro de busca, sendo necessária a inclusão da chave UseRowStamp no as a search parameter, which requires adding the key UseRowStamp in TOTVS DBAccess.

Comunicação REST Communication

• The Sales Management Portal communicates with the Protheus server through HTTP requests. For this communication to occur, you need to set some configurations in the APPServer.

• O Portal Gestão de Vendas efetua comunicação com o servidor Protheus através de requisições HTTP. Para que essa comunicação ocorra será necessário efetuar algumas configurações no servidor APPServer.

• The Sales Management Portal platform is stored in a TOTVS cloud. For the application to be able to communicate with the Protheus server, you need to configure TOTVS Mingle, which plays the role of a gateway between the application and the Protheus server. Moreover, when you configure TOTVS Mingle, the application begins to use default Protheus Authentication data.
• To configure TOTVS Mingle, the Appserver must have a public IP.
• The system Administrator must request an Alias through the page TOTVS MINGLE and inform the app Sales Management Portal.

• A plataforma Portal Gestão de Venda é armazenada em uma nuvem TOTVS. Para que a aplicação possa se comunicar com o servidor Protheus é necessário efetuar a configuração do TOTVS Mingle, que executa o papel de um gateway entre a aplicação é o servidor Protheus. Além disso, ao configurar o TOTVS Mingle, a aplicação passa a utilizar os dados de Autenticação padrão do Protheus.
• Para configurar o TOTVS Mingle, o servidor Appserver deve possuir um IP publico.

• O Usuário deve receber a chave de acesso por e-mail.

To access the Sales Management Portal, the Sales Representative must enter the same User and Password used in TOTVS Backoffice (Protheus Line), besides entering the Alias used by the company.

Para acessar o Portal Gestão de Vendas o Vendedor deve informar o mesmo Usuário e Senha utilizado no TOTVS Backoffice (Linha Protheus), além de informar o Alias utilizado pela empresa.

Após clicar no botão Entrar o Vendedor será redirecionado para a página de Carga Inicial de dados, está página carrega algumas configurações utilizadas pelo Portal Gestão de Vendas.

When you log onto the Sales Management Portal, the system checks whether the Protheus server version is the same found in the User Portal. Caso o Vendedor ( usuário ) receba a mensagem abaixo, significa que o deve ser atualizado o Repositório ( RPO ) aplicando o último pacote da expedição continua que consta AQUI. O usuário ficará impossibilitado de realizar o login até que o repositório seja atualizado com sua versão mais recente.
