When a bill payable is added, legal information can be registered in order to apportion values payable.

Procedures
Adding legal data to bills payable:
1. After adding financial information, click OK.
2. A screen is displayed to enter legal data.
Fill out data according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm them.

Changing legal data in bills payable:
1. In Accounts Payable, click Change.
2. A screen is displayed to change legal data.
Data to be changed are: bill value and legal data.
3. Check data and confirm them.
