This button enables control of budgets by Cost Center, based on distribution percentages and apportionment amounts, accounting item and value class.
Information regarding apportionment of Cost Center are stored in the file SEW - Apportionment for Budgets.
Procedures
Apportioning budget of the month:
1. In Budgets, place the cursor on the desired month and click Apportionment.
A screen is displayed to apportion the budget concerning the month selected.
2. Fill out the requested data according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm them.
