The Replicate option enables budgets to be replicated, by financial nature, from a year to another one, enabling you to adjust budgeted values upwards or downwards.
Procedures
Replicating budgets:
1. In Budgets, select Replicate.
2. A screen is displayed with questions to configure the routine. Fill them out as needed.
Note, however, the question Replicate, which enables the following options:
- All: Replicates all budgets that exist in the origin year.
- Select: Enables you to select the budgets to be replicated.
By configuring it as Select, the budgets to be replicated are displayed. Select the budgets you want and confirm them. |
3. Check data and confirm them.
