Withholding is saved when the receipt is added, enabling you to enter the type of RI Withholding payment, concerning IGV Withholding Certificate.
Only one certificate can be entered for one or more bills, enabling withholding values to be apportioned.
Procedures
Saving the withholding:
In receipt inclusion
1. In Miscellaneous Collections, fill out the initial parameters and confirm them.
2. On the receipt screen, enter receipt number and customer.
3. Then, in the field Value Type, enter RI type - IGV Withholding, certificate number, and withholding value.
4. Enter the bills to be written off by using the certificate.
If more than one bill is entered, a screen is displayed to enter the withholding value concerning each bill selected until the total value indicated on the initial screen is made.
5. Check data and confirm them.
