Speaking of History...

The History tab shows a list containing all actions made in documents via Connect.

The action history provides the following information:

 document code: code of the document or folder in the remote repository.

 file: description of the document or folder;

 action: indicates which actions were performed in the document or folder;

 action status: displays the status of actions performed in the document or folder, indicating whether such actions were completed or if there were inconsistencies;

 action code: displays the code assigned to the action performed in the document or folder, in order to facilitate subsequent searches;

 date: displays the date and time in which actions were performed in the document or folder.



View document's history


01. In the Connect application, click the History tab.

02. Enter the required information to filter history actions, if desired.

From date
Start date from which actions will be displayed in the history.

To date
End date until which actions will be displayed in the history.

Number of days
Number of days covered in actions displayed in the history. Available options are:

  • Today;
  • Last 2 days;
  • Last 3 days;
  • Last 4 days;
  • Last 5 days;
  • Last 6 days;
  • Last 7 days.

Filter
Key word used to filter actions in a particular history column.

Column
Column in which the key word must be applied when filtering history actions. Available columns:

  • Document code;
  • File;
  • Action;
  • Action status;
  • Action code;
  • Date.

03. View actions performed in documents based on the filter information provided.



Update history


01. In the History tab, click Update, located on the upper left corner of the window.

By clicking Update, the history shows most recent actions in documents or folders.
