Speaking of anonymizing and exporting personal data...

Use this screen to search personal data to export or anonymize, as applicable.

You can conduct searches by user or type of personal data.

This item is applied in accordance with the enactment of the Brazilian General Data Protection Regulation (LGPD or LGPDP) in the organization.

    Search personal data by user


    01. In the main menu, select Control Panel, check the Security and access group and click Anonymization.

    02. On the Anonymize/export personal datascreen, confirm whether the option User is selected in the Search field.

    03. In the search text field, enter the name until the desired user name is shown.

    Warning! Only active users are searched.

    Searches by user cover standard personal data registered in the platform (name, last name, full name, email) or additional user data.

    04. Press ENTER or click the desired user.

    If you find personal data for the respective user, the platform provides the option of anonymizing or exporting the data.


    Search personal data by data type


    01. In the main menu, select Control Panel, check the Security and access group and click Anonymization.

    02. On the Anonymize/export personal datascreen, confirm whether the option Data Type is selected in the Search field.

    03. Select the type of data to search in the respective field.

    Available types: Name, Email, CPF, RG, Driver’s License, Employee Card, Voter Registration, Passport, or others.

    Warning Searches by data type only cover personal data registered in forms (i.e. when searching for CPF data, for example, such data will not be located in standard or additional user data).

    04Enter the value to be searched in the search text field.

    05. Press ENTER to search.

    If you find personal data, the platform provides the option of anonymizing or exporting the data.


    Anonymize data found


    This option will only be available if the personal data found have been configured to allow anonymization. Learn more in the Personal data help section

    01. Search by user or data type.

    02. Click Export.

    03Click Anonymize in the confirmation prompt.

    After confirmation, the platform will start the process of anonymizing the data. This procedure may take a while, depending on the volume of data.


    Export data found


    This option is only allowed if the “My documents” folder is enabled for platform users. Learn more in the Parameters documentation.

    01. Search by user or data type.

    02. Acionar o botão Exportar.

    A warning will appear informing that a copy containing the data found in the search will be created in the requesting user’s My Documents folder. 

    03Select Export with log in the confirmation prompt to view data audit log information.

    Requirements to generate log information:

    04Click Export in the confirmation prompt. 

    After confirmation, the platform will start the process of exporting the data. This procedure may take a while, depending on the volume of data. After the file is generated, it is made available in the My Documents folder. If the log export option was chosen, this content is included in the same JSON file.
