Speaking of page view...

This option allows viewing pages created with the My pages feature. An option is created in the main menu for each page. Therefore, to view a specific page, simply locate it in the main menu.

Page viewing depends on the security settings of the page. Only users with access permission can view the page.



List pages

01. In the main menu, select Control Panel, check the Customization group and select My pages.

Created pages are shown in this screen. Only administrators can manage the pages.


View page from My Pages

01. In the main menu, select Control Panel, check the Development container and click My pages.

02. In the page listing, find the page you wish to view

03. Click the more options icon on the page and click View.

04. The page will be displayed for viewing.

This option is available in both the Published section and the Drafts section. However, in the Drafts section this option is called View latest version, where the user sees the latest published version of the page that is being drafted.


View page in private mode

01. Find the title of the page to be viewed in the main menu.

Users can only view pages in private mode if they are included in the page’s security settings.


View page in public mode

01. To view pages in public mode, users must exit the platform and enter the page address without the letter p, right after the portal word, since this letter indicates that the page is in private mode.  Example: address http://sua_empresa.fluig.com/portal/p/empresa/minha_pagina is accessed in private mode.

To access this page in public mode, the address is http://sua_empresa.fluig.com/portal/empresa/minha_pagina.

Users can only view pages in public mode if they are defined as “public”.
