Speaking of actions...


The My Pages feature offers some actions, such as creating new pages, editing them, previewing a page, and accessing its settings and information. Below we bring the whole step by step to access these actions.



Access container Customization


01. In the main menu, click on Control Panel, then check the Customization container and click on My Pages.


Create page


01. After accessing the My Pages feature, click the Create page button.

02. Choose the page layout template and click Next.

03. Enter all the requested information and then click Next.

04. Select the page permission and click Finish.

More actions on pages


On each page, you can take actions such as: view the page or the last published version of the page, access information, access settings, edit the page, and delete it. Follow the steps below for each of the actions described.


View latest version

01. Locate the page you wish to view and click on the page's more actions button  then click View latest version.

02. The page with the latest published version will open in preview mode.

This action is only available in the Archived pages section. When you use it, the most recently published version of the page in draft will be displayed for viewing.


View

01. Locate the page you wish to view and click on the page's more actions button then click View.

02. The page will open in preview mode.


Information

01. Find the page you want information about and click the page's more actions button then click Information.

02. The page's information will be displayed. There are three tabs that display different information on each tab.

Information Tab

Displays the general information of the page, including name, description, and the unique identifier.


Settings tab

Displays the page configuration options, such as page authorization, internal redirect URL, root page, menu options, and other options.


Permissions tab

Displays the permission options that can be added to the page. You can add permission for users, roles, or groups. To learn more about permissions, go to Platform | Permissions.

03. If any information has changed, click Save.


Settings

01. Find the page you wish to configure and click the page's more actions button then click Settings.

02. The page settings will be displayed. In addition to seeing all page-related settings, such as page authorization being public or private, custom URL for access, root page, menu options, and other options, you can also edit the page settings if you have permission.

03. If any settings have changed, click Save.


Duplicate

01. Locate the page you wish to duplicate and click on the page's more actions button then click Duplicate.

02. A screen will open to set some information for the page that will be duplicated.

03. After you enter the information, click Duplicate.

After duplicating the page, it can be found in the page section under Draft.


Edit page

01. Locate the page you wish to edit and click on the page's more actions button  then click Edit page.

02. The page will open in edit mode with all widgets and page slots open for editing. After making all the necessary changes, click Publish page in the top right corner of the screen.


Archive

01. Locate the page you wish to edit and click on the page's more actions button then click File.

02. A confirmation message will be displayed. Click File to finish the action.

This action is only available in the Published or Filed pages sections.


Unarchive

01. Locate the page you wish to edit and click on the page's more actions button then click Unarchive.

02. A confirmation message will be displayed. Click Unarchive to finish the action.

This action is only available in the Filed pages section.


Delete

01. Locate the page you wish to delete and click on the page's more actions button then click Delete.

02. A confirmation message will be displayed. Click Delete to finish the action.
