Configuration of Books (CTBA - SIGACTB)

The configuration of Accounting Books is a register in which you can configure how reports are issued. Through this routine you can:

• Create accounting statements in accordance with national accounting standards.
• Create summarized reports in accordance with the company's requirements.
• Generate statements that meet the requirements of accounting standards that differ from Brazilian standards (US GAAP, IAS, etc.).
• Filter information.
• Associate accounting masks.
• Modify the way amounts are printed.

When generating a report, enter the configuration to be printed. The system uses all settings found in this register. Moreover, you can use this resource to group different customizations registered for accounting entities used when printing reports.

To be used, accounting entities mask and management plans must be specified in this register.

Procedures

To add a book configuration:

1. In Accounting Configurations, select Configuration of Books.
   The system displays a screen to maintain Book Configurations.
2. Select Add.
   The system displays the window Book Configuration Register - Add
3. Fill in the data in accordance with field help instructions.
4. Note the content of the following field:
   • Managerial View (Managerial View).
     The Managerial View code must be entered in this field. If you enter a book in which a Managerial View is registered when issuing a report, its printing follows the view's filters.
     
     

ATTENTION: Not all reports allow using the Managerial View.
