Introducing... The new BPM mobile!

For a few months, we worked to deliver a new experience in Processes in My Fluig. 

Now it's much easier to track the progress of all activities, speeding up productivity and ensuring greater agility in your company's daily processes.



Viewing by category and bookmarking processes

We have made improvements to the organization of process categories, making the list more user-friendly and practical. This enhances ease of use and provides better visibility of information.

We have also made the bookmarking option more practical. Now simply press the process card, and, once the star is colored, your process has been bookmarked. Practical, right?


Start request

Starting a request from a process has also become easier and more accessible.

Now all you have to do is select the process you want and click on the card or on the More options icon in the Start request action. Your request will then be opened, and you can fill in the necessary information quickly and easily.


Form, Decision, and Attachments Tabs

The form, decision, and attachments tabs have been redesigned and moved. They are now at the top of the process, making them easier to use and clearer to see.

Viewing the form fields has been made more user-friendly, and they are easier to fill in.

The decision tab has been made clearer and more objective, displaying only the fields you need to fill in.  Now, if you want to view the process flow, just click More options and the View flow action.

Finally, the attachments tab has also been made more intuitive, since it is now possible to attach documents with the quick action of the Add attachment button. Attachments can also be added from the device's camera, QR Code, barcode, geolocation, and data sets. They can also be added from

New Task Central view

The Task Central has also been given a completely new look so you can make the most of everything it has to offer!


Sorting tasks and requests

Sorting tasks and requests has become more accessible. Simply access your due tasks and documents and use the quick action to sort them by Oldest or Newest, providing greater agility in productivity.


Searching for due tasks just got faster

In this new version, you can search for due tasks using the request identifier or number. In addition, you can change the type of criteria using the tabs displayed just below the search field: By the identifier and By the number.


Quick access to drafts

Did you have to exit the task or request without completing it? Don't worry! 

Now you can access your drafts quickly, directly from the task central. When you save a draft, it will appear as a quick shortcut in the task central. Cool, right?!


Take over and filter pooled tasks

Access to pooled tasks has been unified. Just go to the Tasks category in Pool and you'll find two tabs that allow you to easily navigate between tasks grouped by Group or Roles.

What's more, you can use the available filter to display only the tasks associated with a specific group or role.


My requests and Tasks under my management

We have implemented some improvements to make it easier to access and manage your requests and tasks. 

In the task central, you will now find the category Requests, where you can find the requests opened by you and those under your management. In the shortcut My requests, you can find all the requests you have opened, access detailed information about each request, and cancel them if necessary.

To manage the tasks under your management, you can use the Under my management shortcut. Upon accessing it, you can move tasks around and cancel them.   These features are available via a floating button on the screen, allowing you to handle your requests and tasks quickly and

conveniently.


Moving tasks in bulk

Moving tasks in bulk has become faster and more intuitive with the new task central. To move one or more tasks, simply access the due tasks card, press and hold, selecting the desired action. 

A checkbox will open for you to select the tasks you want to move.

Remember that in order to move one or more tasks, they must be in the same process and version.


View tasks for substitutes

Are you replacing an employee and need to take over their tasks?

Now, it is also easier to access them. When you enter the task central, you will find a card at the top that identifies your user.  Tapping on this card will bring up a list of the employees you are replacing. Simply select the desired employee and the task central will be updated, displaying all the tasks

corresponding to this user. 

That's it, now you can easily view the available activities, allowing you to take over the employee's tasks more quickly and efficiently.


Outbox

Have you lost your internet connection while conducting an activity? Don't worry! 

When you try to move a request or task, it will automatically be saved and available in the task central's outbox. Once the connection is re-established, you can send it manually or set it to be sent automatically, depending on your preferences in Manage accounts. While the task or request is in the

outbox, you can make changes and save it again. 

This feature ensures that your actions are not lost even if you temporarily lose your connection, providing a smoother experience and ensuring that your information is kept safe.


Document approval

The experience of approving documents has been completely restructured, making it more intuitive and practical. Now, the Approve and Reject actions are clearly available, allowing you to easily recognize which one you want to take.

In addition, a notable improvement is that, in the list of documents, you can preview the images through the thumbnails displayed on the cards, making it easier to preview the content of each document.

Documents requiring approval are organized in the My Documents category, allowing you to follow their approval process in an organized and efficient manner.
