Speaking of New theme...

This feature allows for more complete color and image settings. These include menu color settings for the active menu - when a menu item is currently selected -, top and background of the platform, and links. You can also configure the platform image layout and include logo, background, top, and favicon images.

As you choose settings, you can view the changes on the right side of the screen through the real-time preview ensuring that the platform has the visual identity you want. In the preview you can see how the theme will behave in other device sizes such as desktop, tablets and smartphones. Once the theme is configured, it will be replicated on smartphones  and tablets when the platform is accessed on their browsers.


Configuring a theme

To configure a theme, follow the steps below:

01. In the main menu, select Control Pane, check the Customization group and click Themes;

02. On the displayed screen, configure the settings that are available in two tabs, Colors and Images;

03. In Colors, set the color for the background, menu, active menu, top, background, and links. Click on the circle indicating the current color and choose the desired color;

You can set the colors using numeric codes in the fields next to the selection box.

04. In Images set the images for the logo, background, top, and favicon. Click the Choose file button and the user's machine directory will open to set the image on each of the items

05. After you are done configuring the settings, click Save theme.


Preview

Next to the color and image settings we have the preview so you can see how the changes are implemented in real time. In this box you can see how the theme that has been configured will behave on desktops, tablets and smartphones  through their icons, with the desktop  represented by the icon, the tablet represented by the icon and the smartphone by the icon.


Restore theme

To restore the theme, follow the steps below:

01. Click Restore theme;

02. A settings message will appear;

03. When you click Confirm, the theme will be restored by redeeming the previous settings. When you click Cancel, the changes are kept and you can continue configuring the theme.

By clicking Confirm, the settings will be applied on the next login. The Cancel  option restores the current settings before the new theme is applied.



Installations 1.7.1 Crystal lake and lower

You can disable the new theme to continue using snowflake  or classic themes via the Old Themes tab located on the top right side of the screen.

When you enable one of the old themes, a confirmation message will appear stating that the new theme will be disabled, but your settings will be retained.

You can also disable the theme via the ON/OFF button located next to the new theme manager. When you disable it, you will see a message to give feedback on why you chose to go back to the previous theme.
