Document: Adjustment of Posting Reason – 08
The system uses posting reason 08 – Not specified to identify postings made automatically by system routines.
Through an update, we changed the description of this reason to System Internal Process, which agrees with the fundamental qualitative characteristic of Faithful Representation, as described in the Basic Conceptual Statement of CPC (available at http://cpc.org.br/mostraOrientacao.php?id=14).
For improved performance, this posting reason is unavailable in manual operation.
For the posting reason with description Not specified you need to create the table 16-Posting Reason, through the Configurator, using an alphanumeric code (For example A1) to avoid conflict with any posting reasons the Protheus development team will create in the future.
