Notes | The access to the Posting/Transf. Req. (ATFA125) routine has, as a rule, some settings in the Managerial Accounting module (SIGACTB): |
- The MV_ALTLCTO parameter must not be S.
- The MV_PRELAN parameter must not be N.
- The MV_CT105MS parameter must not be S.
This measure is taken in several Protheus routines, specifically in those that work with many records at the same time and processing, for example, Automatic Posting of Bills or Asset, where you can post N records at once.
Still about these routines that validate this configuration, all of them work in "transaction" mode, that is, the routine locks, in the database, access to all the records used by the routine to protect them from simultaneous changes or system crashes.
Therefore, in order to protect data integrity from possible negative impacts of company usage, the system does not allow such use of routine ATFA125 until the parameter setting is right, because the process accounting could lock several records while the screen is open for accounting.
