Restructuring of the assets registration

Objective

Aiming to improve the usability of the fixed assets records, the order of the fields of table SN1 - Asset File in the data dictionary (SX3) was changed, with impact on the registration interfaces:
·         Assets Registration (ATFA010)
·         Purchases Classification (ATFA240)
The other functionalities that use the asset visualization option derived from the Asset Registration option (ATFA010) or that are based on the order of the fields in the data dictionary (SX3) will also be impacted by the change in the order of the fields.
 
Reasons

With the evolution of the controls of the Fixed Assets module due to the needs of several countries, made since 2008 (Portugal, Angola, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela) as well as due to the process of adaptation of the module to the international accounting standards (IAS), it became necessary to use it more effectively for the registration of groups of assets.

Currently, for Brazil, the registration of groups of assets has a simple typing facilitator functionality, in which the user enters the accounting data common to a given group of assets (ledger accounts, cost centers, accounting items, and value classes, in addition to the depreciation rate/useful life by currency).

Because of its potential for classification and standardization of fixed asset records, the asset group registration is being promoted to an essential module configuration registration, and the first functionality that will use it with this status will be the configuration of asset masks.

This functionality allows you to configure a mask for the property code depending on the defined group, as well as which fields will be considered mandatory depending on the selected group.

For this reason, the group of goods becomes the first enterable field in the record, so that, from the information of the group, the mask can be triggered depending on the group, and the validations of the mandatory fields become available depending on it.
 
Impacts on the operation
Changing the order of the asset group field and other key fields in the registration to make typing easier does not have any impact on asset processes or on integrations that use the functionality of the automatic routine (MsExecAuto ()), and the only impact will be visual unless the mask configuration feature for the asset codes is used.

At each new run of the Fixed Assets environment updater (UPDATF), the following fields will be checked, and if they are out of order, a complete reordering of the table will be performed:
