PROJECT REPLANNING WITH MARGIN DEVIATION (LOSS)
What is it all about?
Each time the project is replanned, whether due to a change in deadline, resources or effort, this can bring additional costs to the project and change the baseline previously agreed to with the customer. In all situations, with each new replanning, it is necessary to present the changes and their impacts to the customer, reformalizing the agreement through a Change Request.

Actions:
- Project Manager or Coordinator replans baseline according to new project estimates
- In cases where the replanning results in a negative sales margin, the flow of evaluations and approval of this new baseline must follow the allocations, according to the escalation flow:
o Performance de Serviços evaluates the project, analyzing:

- Timeline deviation
- Deviation of the project margin from the sales margin
- Resource allocation (costs per position)
- Reason for deviation from schedule/delivery resulting in loss of margin
- NOTE 1: If the deviation from the schedule was caused by situations in which the product generated a delay in the schedule or additional activities, the Performance de Serviços team follows up with the Product team on the action plan to continue with the implementation of the project and the allocation of the costs incurred in relation to this deviation.
- Once the replanning has been approved and is on the radar of the Performance de Serviços team, it goes through the approval process according to the escalation flow.
- NOTE 2: The approvers of the Dedicated Service Units can assess the deviation in the timetable as the responsibility of poor design in the Architecture of the project in Sales and direct the deviation to be complemented by an investment project by the Service and Relationship area. This project must be requested by filling in Workflow in FLUIG.
- NOTA 3: The approvers may not agree with the replanning of the project, for reasons of time or cost, and disapprove of the new baseline, requesting that the Project Manager or Coordinator take another route and redo the replanning.
Output(s):
- Project replanning with negative margin deviation approved or disapproved
- Additionally, open Product Error or Investment project.
