Speaking of configuring the News widget...

Configuration of the News widget allows defining the link to the form that contains records of news, configuring the number of records listed and how they are sorted, and whether the widget should appear in the mobile application or not.

Attention

In order to have this widget displayed on the list of widgets available for pages, first get the Intranet kit artifact from the Fluig Git directory. Then, import the artifact from Import and export pages. After completing these procedures, the widget will be available for use.

Configure News widget

01. Edit the page where the News widget is inserted.

02. Add the widgetto the desired slot.

03. Define the desired settings.

Form link

Link of the form containing form records of news to be published.

Limit of records

Number of records listed by the widget.

Sort records by

  • Document ID: News are shown in ascending order from the registration code. 
  • Alphabetical order (A-Z): News are shown in alphabetical order from A to Z.
  • Alphabetical order (Z-A): News are shown in alphabetical order from Z to A.
  • Oldest: News are shown from oldest to newest.
  • Newest: News are sorted from newest to oldest.

04. Click Save.

05. Publish page.
