  • Sales Representative Accounts (FATA520 - SIGAFAT)


This routine associates suspects, prospects, and customers with respective sales representatives, controlling their  quantity. It is also possible to control the number of opportunities and proposals.

The accounts control is totally transparent and it does not need any maintenance from operators.

When a suspect is added and associated to a representative, this suspect becomes one of the suspects associated to the representative.

An opportunity for a certain representative can be generated from the suspect qualification. In the generation of the opportunity, the suspect is converted to prospect. If the suspect is associated to the representative, his file changes, otherwise, the prospect new code is added to the representative account, as well as the code of opportunity generated.

All customers with open sale opportunities gets a file of the customer in the account of representative associated to the opportunity. Once the opportunity is finished, regardless of the reason, the customer leaves the representative accounts.


Important:

The button Reprocess recreates the file of Sales Representative x Entities.



Procedures

To view Sales Representative Accounts in the Invoicing environment, use Update.

  1. In CRM Sales Scenarios, click Sales Representative Accounts.
  2. After that, click View.

The system displays the screen to view the existing associations.
