In this folder, the sales team access to the following files must be defined:

  • Customers

If Yes is entered, the sales team will have access to the Customer File.

  • Prospects

If Yes is entered, the sales team will have access to the Customer File.

  • Pipeline

If Yes is entered, the sales team can view the Pipeline.

  • Annotations

If Yes is entered, the sales team will have permission to make annotations of visits.

  • Opportunities

If Yes is entered, the representative group will have access to the Sales Opportunities File.

In addition to permission for the files mentioned, this folder determines the access to data from the Workarea of Representatives File.

  • Release Estimate

Define if the salespeople from this group are able to release the business proposals, in case they enter the negotiation rule.

  • Access business proposal

Validate whether the business proposal button will be enabled in the Workarea.

  • Access Suspects

Validate whether the suspect button will be enabled in the Workarea.

  • Qualify Suspects

Validate if salespeople from this group can qualify suspects.

  • Run Scripts

Validate if salespeople from this group can run servicing scripts from the file (prospect, suspect, customer).

  • Suspects

Definition of access level to this file.

  • Contacts

Definition of access level to this file.

  • Sales Target

Definition of access level to this file.

  • Products

Definition of access level to this file.


Accesses can be:

  • Representative

Allow access only to data of representative from the same group.

  • Representative/Undefined

Allow access to data of representative from group and of salespeople not identified.

  • All

Allow access to data of all representatives in the workarea.
