This file informs the job positions of contacts related to customers, suppliers, business partners, competitors, prospects, and suspects. This information is used in the Contacts File, folder Business.
Procedures
To add contacts' job positions:
1. In Contacts Job Positions, select Add.
The add screen is displayed.
2. Fill out data according to help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm.
