This file informs reason of which telemarketing customer service were concluded. The conclusion of customer services happens only when all actions have been performed.

Examples:

  • First Call Resolution
  • Resolution by manual
  • Product replacement


Tip:

  • After customer service is concluded in the Telemarketing, it can no longer be changed.
  • This routine can be accessed by Invoicing module, through Updates->Files->Conclusion.



Procedures

To file conclusion types:

  • In Conclusion, click Add. The add screen is displayed.
  • Fill out data according to help instructions.
  • Check data and confirm.
