This routine creates customer structures, that is, it distributes into groups and organizes them hierarchically.
The structure is used in some processes and sales rules to facilitate the application of rules to customers with similar features.
Procedures
To register a customer structure:
1. In Customer Structure, the system displays a screen, with the customer frame to be filed, as a folder.
2. Select Options in the right side of the screen.
A menu comes up to select one of the options.
3. Select the option Attach Group.
The system displays the customers groups file.
4. Select the desired customers group.
5. If the option selected is Attach Customers, the system lists the customer file.
6. After selecting customers and groups, the system displays the customer structure according the hierarchy selected, in the following manner:
7. Click OK to confirm addition of the customer structure.
Right-click on the screen to add/delete groups, representatives, and to run searches (queries in files). |
