Rules of Financial Bonus (FATA180 - SIGAFAT)

This routine allows definition of bonus rules for customers or group of customers, that is, based on a quantity and a predefined value, the system grants financial rewards through generation of an NCC (Customer Credit Note) voucher that is compensated for by outstanding bills.

The rule can be defined by value or by bonus. When the bonus percentage is defined, it applies on the value calculated.

The header fields start the rewards rule and the others define its characteristics.

Example 1:

For every 1,000.00 items of product A acquired, a bonus of 10% is granted.

In this case, the following fields must be filled out:

For every 100 items of product A, a bonus of 10.00 is granted.

When the sale value of 20,000.00 is reached, a minimum bonus of 1,500.00 or 5% on the value sold, whichever is higher,is granted.

Example 4:

When a quantity of 1000 pieces is sold, a bonus of 10.00 is granted and for multiples of 1000, the bonus is applied proportionally.

Example: When 3,500 parts are sold, the reward is 30.00.

Procedures

To add rules of financial bonus:

1. In Financial Bonus Rules, select option Add. The system displays the add screen.
2. Fill in the data according to help instructions.
3. Check information and confirm it.
