To generate the Monthly Statement of Services - Itajaí:

1. Copy for the directory \SYSTEM or corresponding, the configuration file DMSITAJ.INI.

2. In Normative Instructions, the routine description is displayed.

3. Click Parameters.

The system displays the routine parameters screen.

4. Set the parameters, observing the following data:

5. Check and confirm the data.

6. After configuring the parameters, you must fill out specific information.


General Information

  • City Registration: Enter your city registration, with no periods or dividers.
  • Telephone: Enter the telephone, DDD+Telephone, with no periods or dividers. E.g.: 4599994444 (where 45 is the DDD and 9999-4444 is the telephone)
  • Fax: Enter the telephone, DDD+Fax, with no periods or dividers. E.g.: 4599994444 (where 45 is the DDD and 9999-4444 is the fax)
  • Email: Enter your email
  • Home Page: Enter your Home Page


7. Click Next.


Partner Information - This record is optional.

  • Generate Record: Yes / No
  • CNPJ/CPF: Enter the telephone, CNPJ/CPF, with no periods or dividers.
  • Name of Responsible Partner: Enter name of partner
  • Address: Enter the address
  • Partner Address Number: Enter the number of the address of partner
  • Complement: Complement of partner address
  • District: District of partner
  • City: City of partner
  • Postal Code: Postal Code of partner
  • State: State of partner. E.g.: SC


8. Click Next.


Economic Information (annual) - This record is optional.

  • Generate Record: Yes / No
  • Year: Only the 4 digit year (YYYY)
  • Expense Total: Value of Expenses. The amounts must be divided only in the decimal place of cents, with a “,” (comma). Example: R$ 80.000,00 - Enter 80000,00
  • Other Revenues: Value of other revenues. The amounts must be divided only in the decimal place of cents, with a “,” (comma). Example: R$ 3.550,89 - Enter 3550,89
  • Value of Asset: Value of Asset. The amounts must be divided only in the decimal place of cents, with a “,” (comma). Example: R$ 3.550,89 - Enter 3550,89
  • Value of Liability: Value of Liability. The amounts must be divided only in the decimal place of cents, with a “,” (comma). Example: R$ 3.550,89 - Enter 3550,89
  • Net Worth: Value of Net Worth. The amounts must be divided only in the decimal place of cents, with a “,” (comma). Example: R$ 3.550,89 - Enter 3550,89
  • Joint Stock: Value of Joint Stock. The amounts must be divided only in the decimal place of cents, with a “,” (comma). Example: R$ 3.550,89 - Enter 3550,89
  • Number of employees on 1st day of year: Enter the number of employees on the first day of the year. Numeral.
  • Number of employees on last day of year: Enter the number of employees on the last day of the year. Numeral.
