To generate the file to import REST (List of Third Party Services), follow the procedures below:
1. In Normative Instructions, click Parameters.
2. Configure them as follows:
Start Date? - Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.
End Date? - Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.
Normative Instruction? - Enter the name of the Normative Instruction to be processed: RESTGO.
Target File? - There is no need to enter it. This normative instruction generates a file with a fixed name in the following format:
999999AA.RMM where:
a) 999999: number of the taxpayer's municipal registration entered in the Company Register, without the verifier digit. Example: 142377
b) AA: REST Year. Example: 07 (year 2007).
c) MM: REST Month. Example: 10 (October).
Directory? - Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Example: C:\REST\.
Select Branches - Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. If you select No, only the current branch is considered; if you select Yes, a screen is displayed for you to select branches to be considered.
3. Check information and confirm it.
4. After confirming the parameters, REST specific parameters are displayed.
Company City Registration - Enter the number of taxpayer city registration.
Negative REST - Enter Yes if REST is With No Transaction, when no service is contracted in the month.
Enter No if REST is With Transaction , when services are contracted in the month.
E-mail for Contact - Enter the e-mail for contact.
Layout Version - Enter the REST system version. The current version is 2.9.7.
Replaced by Decrees - Enter Yes if REST is for tax replacement taxpayers nominated by Municipal Decree. If they were not nominated, enter No.
5. Check parameters and confirm them.
