To generate On-line GISS , add the file NOVAGISS.INI to the environment \system.

Tip:

In Customer Register and in Supplier Register, the Simp Nac Taxp field indicates if the customer or supplier is a Simples Nacional taxpayer.

1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.

2. Click Parameters.

3. Fill out data according to field help

4. Note the following parameters:

Start Date/End Date

Enter the period to select the transactions to be processed to generate On-line GISS.

Normative Instruction

Enter the configuration file to be used without .INI extension.

Enter the configuration file's name, according to the example below:

Target File

Indicate the file name to be created.

Example: GISSCON.TXT

Directory

Enter the directory name to generate the file of On-line GISS .

5. Check and confirm the data to start creating the file.

Important:

For the Destination File:

The file extension must be entered. The system saves the file with the DAT. and TXT. extentions.
