Record type EM – Record company
For this record, the information is generated through the Company Register (SM0) and according to the parameters.
Record type ME – Record month
This record contains information on the registration month. For this record, the information is generated through the Company Register (SM0) and according to the parameters.
Record Type PR – Record products
This record includes information on the products controlled, posted in Appendix XI-A.
For this record, the information is generated through the Products File, Products Complement, Inflow and Outflow Transactions Inventory. After importing the text file, it is still necessary to fill out the Additional Information.
This record displays initial and final balances for the period. To generate the initial balance, you must close the inventory on the last day of the month prior to the routine processing. To generate the final balance, you must close the inventory on the last day of the month of routine processing. |

This record includes information on import and export performed, according to entries in the Appendix XI-C.
For this record, the information is generated through the Products File, Products Complement, Import and Export Transactions.
Table Type AM – Record storage
This record includes information on the controlled products storage, according to entries performed in the Appendix XI-D.
For this record, the information is generated through the Products File, Products Complement and Stock Transactions.
Record type MA - Record storage transaction
This record includes information on the controlled and stored products transactions, according to entries performed in the Appendix XI-E.
For this record, the information is generated through the Products File, Products Complement, Inflow and Outflow Transactions.
Record type TP – Record transport
This record includes information on the controlled products transportation, according to entries performed in the Appendix XI-F.
This registration is only generated when parameter MV_EMPTRAN is set as T and when the carrier has the name CNPJ No. as the Tax Invoice issuer.
Record Type RS – Record residues
This record includes information on residues of the controlled products, according to entries performed in the Appendix XI-G.
For this record, the information must be manually entered.
Record Type MR – Record residue transaction
This record includes information on the residues transactions with controlled products, according to entries performed in the Appendix XI-H.
For this record, the information must be manually entered.
Record Type OB – Record notes
This record includes information on notes referring to each Appendix.
For this record, the information must be manually entered.
Record type OO – Observations field, each Appendix note text
For this record, the information must be manually entered.
It only generates transactions for products having registered product complement (Table SB5), once information on concentration and density are retrieved from this table.
