Integration Softteam (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

The Mircrosiga Protheus is integrated into the validation system of SPED Fiscal Softteam, to share and process the movement of a particular fiscal period.

Requirements:

Before generating the magnetic file, you must:

• Copy the fileini to the \SYSTEM or correspondent directory;
• Inform the Effective Date field in the Products Register.

Procedures

Generating the magnetic file:

1. In Normative Instructions, click Parameters.
2. Configure them according to field help instructions.
3. In the field Normative Instructions, enter
4. Check the data and confirm.
5. The magnetic file is generated with the following structure: YYMMCCCCBBBB.XX, where:

a) YY = Last two digits of the year;

b) MM = Month number;

c) CCCC = Company;

d) BBBB = Branch;

e) XX = Number of the record defined by the layout.
