The Simples Nacional - Magnetic File refers exclusively to taxpayers from São Paulo classified in Simples Nacional, who are obliged to deliver the Simples Nacional statement to the Department of Finance of the state of São Paulo, in compliance with effective legislation. This preformatted file version of the Simples Nacional Statement –SP vs 0300 was based on the Simples Paulista Statement vs 0104. Most of its structure and layout were kept, with small changes for compliance with Simples Nacional legislation.
This routine enables the generation of the pre-formatted file to import Simples Nacional Statement and the System handles the information related to the Invoices related to the merchandise that had left or entered the establishment.

Purpose | The Simples Nacional Statement - SP (DSN - SP) is meant for the taxpayers from the state of São Paulo classified under the Unified Special Regime of Tax and Contributions Collection due by Micro companies and Small Companies (Simples Nacional). According to Paragraph 2 of Article 14 Resolution CGSN no. 10, June 28 2007, given by resolution CGSN no. 25 December 20 2007, these taxpayers must hand in the statement from 2 semester of 2007, for the State of São Paulo, with tax and social economic data. |
