Generating Siscred - PR (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

To generate Siscred:

1. In Normative Instructions, the system displays the routine's description screen.

2. Click Parameters.

The routine parameters are displayed.

3. Observe the following data:

Start Date?

Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.

End Date?

Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration file name, without the .INI extension. For this Normative Instruction, enter the SISCRED.

Target File?

There is no need to enter it. The routine will generate a file with a specific name in the following format:

CCCCCCCCCC_AAAAMMDD.TXT, where:

CCCCCCCCCC: CAD/ICMS number of the company

AAAA: year of magnetic file generation

MM: month of magnetic file generation

DD: day of magnetic file generation

Directory?

Enter the directory's name where the text file created is saved.

4. Check data and confirm them.

5. After confirming the generic parameters of the Normative Instruction, Siscred specific parameters are displayed:

6. Click Next and check out the following data:

Process Branches:

Enter whether you want to process more than one branch in the same magnetic media. The name of the Normative Instruction will be generated based on the CAD/ICMS configured in the parameter MV_SISCAD of the company generating the information.

Initial Branch:

Enter the initial branch to process.

Final Branch:

Enter the final branch to process.

7. Check the data and click Finish.
