To generate file pre formatted to import EDIPI, you must follow procedures below:
1. In Normative Instructions, system displays the routine description screen.
2. Click Parameters.
The configuration screen is displayed.
3. Complete them, noting the following data:
Start Date?
Fill out interval between dates to generate several Manifests and system searches for all manifests generated in this interval.
End Date?
Fill out interval between dates to generate several Manifests and system searches for all manifests generated in this interval.
Normative Instruction?
Enter the configuration file name, without the ".INI" extension. For this magnetic media, enter the EDIPI.
Target File?
You do not have to enter file name because it is already established.
It will be always generated as follows: FR + CNPJ + YEAR + HOUR + MINUTE + SECOND. Ex: fr4499090100014330102007112729.txt.
Directory?
Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Ex.: C:\EDIPI\.
Select Branches? (available from version 8.11)
Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. When entering No, only current branch is considered; when selecting Yes, system displays a screen in which you must select branches to be considered.
4. Confirm routine parameters and specific parameters of EDIPI are displayed.
Branch of the Reference Manifest
Enter a branch for the manifest.
Number of Reference Manifest
Enter a valid number of Manifest.
Generate Several Manifests in the same file
Inform if you want to enter several Manifests in the same file.
If the option chosen for the question "Do you want to generate several manifests?" is "YES", the system will consider all existing manifests within the period selected on the screen of questions and each manifest generates a new record. |
Enter Type of Manifest
E- Inflow / S- Outflow / I- Internal / X- Export/ N- Import
If the Type of Manifest is Inflow or Import, only Manifests with CTRC addressed to the State of Piauí will be generated; if the Type of Manifest is Outflow, Internal or Export, only Manifests with CTRC with destination different from the State of Piauí will be generated. |
Carrier e-mail
Enter the e-mail of the carrier.
5. Check parameters and confirm them.
