To generate SDFMS-PA:
1. Copy to the \SYSTEM directory (or correspondent) the configuration file SDFMSPA.INI .
2. In Normative Instructions, the system displays the routine's description screen.
3. Click Parameters.
The routine parameters are displayed.
4. Configure the parameters according to the field's help instructions.
5. Parameters of this routine has a self-explanatory filling. Observe following fields:
Initial Date ?
Indicate initial period to calculate information.
Final Date ?
Indicate final period to calculate information.
Instr. Normative Instruction?
Enter configuration file name without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter SDFMSPA.
Target File ?
Enter destination file name of information generated.
Directory?
Enter destination directory to file with information generated.
6. Check the data and confirm.
Specific SDFMS parameters are displayed:
Municipal Registration?
Enter the taxpayer's municipal subscription number.
Activity Code
Enter code of services activity for withholding tax.
7. Check parameters and confirm them.
The system returns to the routine's description screen.
8. Confirm to start processing.
