Generating DIEF - PA (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

To create the DIEF - PA:

1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.

2. Click Parameters.

The routine parameters are displayed.

3. Configure the data and check out the following parameters:

Start Date

Enter the calculation's initial date.

End Date

Enter the calculation's final date.

Normative Instr.

Enter configuration file to be used without the .INI extension.For this magnetic media, enter DIEFPA.

Destination File

Enter the file name where the selected period's data are created.

Example: DIEFPA.TXT

Directory

Enter the directory name to save the calculation text file.

Example: C:\DIEFPA\

4. Check the data and confirm.

A new screen is displayed for you to enter the data related to the Business' Information.

5. Place the cursor on each item and double click it.

A window is displayed for you to confirm the data.

6. Enter the data according to the following tables:

• DIEF - Chart 1 - PA - Business Data (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)
• DIEF - Chart 2 - PA - Accountant Data (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)
• DIEF - Chart 3 - PA - Statement Data (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)
• DIEF - Chart 4 - PA - General Expenses of the Previous Year (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)
• DIEF - Chart 5 - PA - The Previous and Current Year's Inventory Data (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)
• DIEF - Chart 6 - PA - ICMS Calculation Data (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

7. After entering all chart data, check and confirm them.
