This report issues a summary of Accounts Receivable of the last 30 days concerning collection efficiency.
It presents values received in arrears, values received with no delay, values not paid on due date, remaining balance on report issue date, value credited on date, value written-off with no credit and percentage of collection efficiency. You can print these data considering branches of clients.
Procedures
To issue the collection efficiency report:
1. In Collection Efficiency, click Parameters.
2. Configure them according to field help instructions.
3. Check out the following parameter:
a) Calculate Retroactive Balance?
Choose Yes to calculate balances of bills to until the report reference date.
Choose No to consider balances of bills in current status (in the bill register), regardless of the report issue date.
Example:
a) Bill creation -> 04/08/XX of R$ 1,000.00.
b) Partial write-off -> 10/08/XX of R$ 400.00 (remaining balance: R$ 600.00)
c) Partial write-off -> 18/08/XX of R$ 200.00 (remaining balance: R$ 400.00).
d) With Calculate Retroactive Balance = Yes and Report Reference Date = 12/08/XX, we have:
Bill balance = R$ 600.00 (this was the balance on the date selected).
e) With Calculate Retroactive Balance = No and Report Reference Date = 12/08/XX, we have:
Bill balance = R$ 400.00 (in this case, the option to retroact balance is not considered, and the current balance is displayed).
4. Check configurations and confirm the report print.
