This register perform the maintenance of expense groups used in the rendering of trips account. Rules of expense limits for a group are classified and managed. You can add, edit, view and delete the group rules.

Important:

The limit is defined by field Limit Type, as follows: Without limit, Daily limit and Total limit.


Procedures

Registering a group without limit:

  1. Fill out the fields according to field help instructions.
  2. In the field Limit Type, enter Without Limit.
  3. Check data and confirm procedure.


Registering a daily limit group:

  1. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
  2. In the field Limit Type, enter Daily Limit.
  3. In Expenses Group Validity, enter fields according to field help.
  4. Check data and confirm procedure.
