  • M-Messenger (MATA045 - SIGACOM)

Microsiga Protheus® enables certain system events to send e-mails, notifying the ones interested and providing speed in the flow of information within the company.

It is necessary to have a direct connection to an e-mail server, since the service must be available when the event enabling the dispatch takes place.

The parameters involved in the e-mail dispatch configuration are:

  • MV_EMCONTA

Account used for sending e-mails through M-Messenger.

  • MV_EMSENHA

It indicates the password for connecting in the e-mail account registered.

  • MV_RELSERV

E-mail server used for connection (the same parameter used for sending reports via e-mail).

In addition to the parameters, it is necessary to indicate the users related to specific events.

Through the "SIGA Users" folder, it is possible to list one or more events to a user or users group from Microsiga Protheus® (defined through the Passwords in the Configurator Environment).

The "Non Users" folder enables to list e-mails from recipients that are not direct users of Microsiga Protheus®.

The events initially created are:

Several events may be associated to a user/group. The "Formula" field enables to associate a formula for defining the text to be sent, when the event takes place.

Example:

If the Event "001" is used, when a product reaches the Order Point, an e-mail is sent to the electronic address of the user selected. If a group  is selected, all its associated users receive the e-mail.

2. Click on "SIGA Users" to link the users that, when installing the system, were registered as "system users" (check the topic Passwords of the Configurator Environment for further details).

3. Click on "Add".

The system displays a screen listing all users registered in Microsiga Protheus®.

8. Click on "Add",  enter the user e-mail and confirm it.

The system displays a new screen to indicate the events for which the user is allowed to read and send messages via M-Messenger.
