  • Customer Complement (MATA030 - SIGAFAT)

This feature aims at controlling addition, edition and deletion of the customer complement data, without interfere in standard table (SA1).

The roles of the customer complement are in accordance with the way the customers register routine (MATA030) was initialized. That is, if in edition mode, complementary data can only be edited and so on.

The system generates a new record whenever a Customers Complement routine is run during the maintenance of a customer register and an equivalent record is not found, only a customers complement register is allowed per SA1 table record. Whenever this routine is run through a customer register view, the system validates if there is an equivalent record. If positive, registered data are only displayed for view, without enabling edition. If negative, the system displays a message indicating there are no data to be displayed.

When a customer register is deleted, the system validates and automatically deletes corresponding complementary data.

Procedures

1. In Customers, place the register of a customer, then click Other Actions/Customer Complement.

2. Complete the fields:

    • Cust. Status: select one of the customer status options.
    • Balance: enter the customer balance.
    • Integrated: enter Yes or No to indicated whether the complement is integrated.

3. Check information and click Save.
