This routine performs apportionments pre-registered in Offline Apportionment. Pre-registered rules are used as the basis for calculating apportionment, which are used for registering expenses of unproductive centers in productive ones.
Procedures
Executing the Offline Apportionment:
1. In the Offline Apportionment maintenance window, a screen is displayed with a summarized description of the routine.
2. Click Parameters.
A screen is displayed with specific parameters of the routine.
Notice parameter Select Branches. When indicating Yes for this parameter, parameters are enabled to add in the interval among branches that must be processed.
3. Fill in fields according to field help instructions.
4. Confirm the parameterization.
5. Click OK.
The generation of accounting entries relating to apportionments is started.
